Do I need a doctor's referral?

No. You can book an appointment directly with our Chartered Physiotherapist without a GP referral.

What happens during my first appointment?

Your initial appointment includes a comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, hands-on treatment where appropriate, and a personalised rehabilitation plan tailored to your condition and goals.

How long does an appointment last?

Initial appointments typically last 45 minutes, follow-up sessions are usually 45 minutes, depending on your treatment plan.

What are your consultation fees?

Our Initial Assessment (45 minutes) is €70, with Follow-Up Appointments (45 minutes) also €70. We also offer a Back Rehabilitation Class for €80. Please contact us if you have any questions about our fees or services.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions varies depending on your condition, its severity, and your recovery goals. Following your assessment, we'll recommend a treatment plan that's right for you.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement and provides access to the area being treated. For lower limb injuries, shorts are recommended where possible.

Do you treat sports injuries?

Yes. We assess and treat a wide range of sports injuries, helping athletes and active individuals recover safely and return to their sport with confidence.

Can physiotherapy help with long-term pain?

Yes. Physiotherapy can be highly effective in managing chronic pain by improving movement, building strength, reducing stiffness and helping you better understand your condition.

Do you provide rehabilitation after surgery?

Absolutely. We offer personalised post-operative rehabilitation programmes to help restore strength, mobility and function following orthopaedic surgery.

Can physiotherapy help prevent injuries?

Yes. By identifying movement imbalances, weakness and mobility issues, we can develop exercise programmes that help reduce your risk of future injuries.

Can physiotherapy help with work-related injuries?

Do you accept private health insurance?

Depending on your provider and level of cover, physiotherapy may be covered. We recommend checking directly with your health insurance provider before your appointment.

What are your opening hours?

Our clinic is open during the following hours:

  • Monday: 10:00am – 6:00pm

  • Tuesday: 10:00am – 8:00pm

  • Wednesday: Closed

  • Thursday: 12:00pm – 8:00pm

  • Friday: 5:30pm – 8:00pm

  • Saturday: 8:30am – 1:00pm

  • Sunday: Closed
